9. 为什么我看到很多短时间停机的通知邮件？

如果您看到很多为期较短的停机通知，有可能这是由于网络拥塞，BGP路由错误或点对点网络失败导致的。

这种情况属于可以接受的范围，因为报告监测失败的时间很短，用户往往察觉不到。如果您的网络环境很好，可能不会遇到。我们有的客户，一年都没有遇到，但有的隔几天就碰上了，但我们检查之后，判断为属正常情况。

避免收到类似短时间停机的通知邮件方法之一是设置阀值。如您的监测设置是每5分钟检测一次，您可以设置停机超过10分钟时再发送通知邮件。

To set a notification threshold:

  1. 登录到您的账户
  2. Go to Contacts
  3. "Edit" the desired contact
  4. set to "notify after X consecutive errors"
